Originating in Japan, Akaushi is recognized as a premium grade of Wagyu beef; the culmination of more than 100-years of mindful breeding. The Akaushi bulls and cows on our ranch are DNA proven direct progeny of 100% purebred Japanese Akaushi breeding stock.

Our Akaushi cattle are sustainably raised with great respect for these beautiful and beneficial animals. Some of our cattle are raised only on natural grass and hay varieties. And, some of our cattle, at key times during their growth, are also fed healthy natural grains. All forage or grains promote our cattle’s optimum meat profile of superior flavor and premium tenderness. Our feed has no added hormones and is additive-free.
